Any forgotten password or account detail or problem should be solely reported to Maxmedia International L.L.C. through the email address info@maxmediasms.com . Any account problem which is not reported within 6 hours of problem discovery will hold the account owner and user full responsibility for any problem which might occur and cause harm or damage to any party due to the misuse of the SMS service from the unreported account.

Privacy: All users of this service are obliged to respect the privacy of any data and information seen or viewed in the website http://www.maxmediasms.com and any other website or page which is linked or viewed from this website. Users are also obliged to keep their account information private to themselves only. Provide any legal or government authority with any information requested concerning any sent SMS or bulk campaign including message text, number of recipients, date & time of sending the message or campaigns, and identity and available information about the account user if such information was requested.
3. Modify the user account as per the user request.
4. Deactivate any user account if the user fails to fully settle the account payment as necessary and as instructed by Maxmedia International L.L.C, or any Maxmedia International partner who is authorized to sell and market SMS services provided by Maxmedia International L.L.C.

MAXMEDIA INTERNATIONAL COMMITMENTS: Maxmedia International commits to provide continuous maintenance and support to the website and continuity to the service and functionality of all links and buttons. Maxmedia International also commits to investigate all problems & complaints reported by users and submitted through this website. In case of a problem in any transaction or SMS sending, Maxmedia International commits to solve the problem if reported and to fix all errors or discrepancies caused by this problem.

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between each user and Maxmedia International regarding the use of the Site and/or the Service, superseding any prior agreements between any user and Maxmedia International relating to the use of the Site or the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. If any provision of these Terms of Use shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms of Use and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

AT NO TIME SHALL MAXMEDIA INTERNATIONAL L.L.C. BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENCE OR PROBLEM CAUSED BY THIS SERVICE. MAXMEDIA INTERNATIONAL L.L.C. IS HELD RESPONSIBLE ONLY FOR ACTIONS DONE BY THE SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR AND PROBLEM CAUSED ONLY BY A FAILURE IN MAXMEDIA INTERNATIONAL’S SERVERS OR TECHNICAL CONNECTIONS.
